I was excited to stay at this hotel, but my overall experience was mixed. The room I initially got was small, dirty, and nothing like the pictures. However, after asking, I was moved to a newer, cleaner room eventually. The staff, although trying to upsell services, were, in general, happy and helpful.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I booked during party season was clean, but it took 2 hours to finally check into a room. The service was good overall, especially from the receptionist and waiters at breakfast, but some staff seemed targeted through TripAdvisor comments. The location was pretty, but a bit removed from Mexico. My dining experience cost more than expected, with varying prices, and the facilities were adequate.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but my room wasn't ready until 4:30 p.m., which was a downside. The service was generally good, with super friendly staff in most areas, except for the checking/lobby staff who didn't seem very helpful. The location was good, but a bit too isolated from Mexico. The dining was fine, although the bill was a bit surprising at 150 pesos. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
